Our standard delivery charge starts at £2.50 for Royal Mail 2nd class delivery to all UK destinations. We also offer a faster Royal Mail 1st class (£3.50) service to UK customers. Please note that Royal Mail does not offer liver tracking. If you would like a live tracking service, please opt for Evri Tracked (£4.50) at checkout.
Delivery to European countries start at £6.50 and to all countries outside the EU at £7.50.
All orders will be shipped as soon as possible - subject to payment authorisation and availability of stocks. Provided that your order is placed by 5pm on a week day and all of the items on your order are in stock we will endeavour to dispatch your order on the next working day.
Where items on your order are out of stock the entire order will ship as soon as all of the items become available. If you would rather not wait for the remainder to come in to stock, we advise that you place a separate order for these items.
Delivery Options UK
We offer two levels of service depending on how quickly you need your order delivered. Royal Mail 1st class usually takes 1-3 working days from dispatch. Alternatively, Evri Tracked also takes 1-3 working days with a live tracking link. Royal Mail 2nd class usually takes 2-4 days from dispatch.
All above delivery indications are provided we receive your order by 3pm.
Please Note: You should expect to have to sign for your Evri Tracked delivery, we advise that you request delivery to an address where someone is present to sign for it.
Delivery Options Europe
We offer two levels of service for all orders to be shipped outside the United Kingdom to EU member countries. Airmail Recorded usually takes 5-7 days for delivery from dispatch, dependant on location. Courier shipments take 2-4 days for delivery from dispatch.
Delivery Options Worldwide
Courier Worldwide applies for all orders to be shipped outside the EU. This courier service usually takes 4-6 days for delivery from dispatch. Shipping prices start at £15.00.
Please Note: international orders can only be shipped to the billing address and PO Box addresses may not be accepted.
Alternative Delivery Address
If you would like us to ship to an alternative address rather than your registered billing address, simply tick the box (when you are checking out) and complete the address details. You should expect to have to sign for your delivery.
Please Note: For UK registered credit/debit cards we can only ship to addresses within the UK. Unfortunately for PayPal users and overseas customers we can only ship to your registered billing address. These restrictions are online fraud prevention measures issued by the banking community and are beyond our control, sorry.
Signature at Point of Delivery
As a general rule the courier will require a signature on delivery. The vast majority of drivers will no longer leave parcels unattended for security reasons, leaving a note for the driver to leave a parcel inside the back gate for example may not be fulfilled.
As such we always advise that you provide a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for the parcel i.e. a work address or trusted neighbour.
Overseas Orders, VAT and Import Duties
If your delivery country is inside the European Union then your order will be subject to VAT. VAT (Value Added Tax @ 20%) will be automatically calculated and included in your total according to the delivery country that you select when choosing your delivery options. No further import taxes will be due on your order.
For exports to countries outside the EU although these are exempt from VAT you may be required to pay import duties by your government, you will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods if this is the case. Some countries (including but not limited to Norway, Switzerland and Turkey) do not impose import duties on products shipped from the EU, however in some cases you may be required to pay a local sales tax; you will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods if this is the case.
Missing or Damaged Delivery
If your goods have either been received as damaged or are missing please contact customer services immediately through our contact form. If the goods are damaged we will need a proof of the damage, either by the item being returned to us, or in some cases an image sent via email. By speaking to customer services they can advise you on the best course of action.
Once we have verified the damage we can then rectify the situation by possibly sending out a replacement item or having the defective item repaired.
If your goods appear to have gone missing, for UK orders we have to wait 14 days past the standard delivery time and we can then re-send you the goods. If you are an overseas customer we have to wait up to a maximum of 30 days from dispatch, after this period has passed we can re-send the goods.
